Exchange & Return Policy

At Preloved Exclusive (www.prelovedexclusive.pk), we ensure to pack all products using high quality packaging materials. We take all precautions before we ship your orders to ensure that it reaches your doorstep without any damage.

Return & exchange claim.

1.    .All sales are final. No return – No refund – no exchange

2.    .If you have received an incorrect product(s) due to a human error on our end, you can return the product to exchange for the right product. This must be reported to us within 4 hours after receiving the product delivery.

3.   . Please note that in such case, we will require 4-5 working days to process reshipment after receiving back our product(s).

4.    Upon receiving the product back (as in case of clause 2 only), our team of experts will thoroughly review it. Please note that we will not entertain any claim if the product returned to us is damaged other than condition mentioned on website.
