14. You agree and acknowledge that you will not upload any malicious content or software on this website, related to Instagram page that may harm the website, user information database, company’s hardware or our end users in in any manner.
15. You agree and undertake that you will not use any abusive terms or language while writing a review or comment on this website and its linked social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We will have the right to remove such comments from the website and may cancel your account. And if you are not registered with us, the website may take legal action against you if you are found consistent in your acts.
16. You herby agree and undertake that you will not perform restricted activities mentioned above from clause 0-15. If you are found/noticed/reported undertaking these activities, your account will be cancelled with immediate effect, your name and details will be added to our list of blacklisted users and you may face legal action.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience to our customers caused by any of the afore mentioned factors, and we will do our best to minimize the duration of such interruptions.

19. It is advisable to be well aware of your skin allergies when using any preloved clothing or handbag. Please note that all clothes and handbags are properly cleaned, however you are advised to wash/dry clean before use all clothes that have purchased. Similarly all purchased handbags are to be again cleaned with suitable and recommended cleanser before use.
20. As an online thrift store, we cannot extend our guarantees to the customers for any product.
21. Preloved Exclusive (www.prelovedexclusive.pk) do ensure that the Products condition are explained to best possible manner and even minor defects if prevails are mentioned in product descriptions. You are requested to carefully read product details, sizes and condition before placing order.
22. While you visit our website or send Emails to us, please note that you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid postal address and valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the site or by any other mode of communication we choose to employ.
